App Troubleshooting

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with the App.

Here are some tips if you’re experiencing issues:

Internet Connection
The App will only operate on 3G/4G internet connection – make sure you’re not running on Wifi.

Unable to Login / Sign Up
Completely close out of the app (ie. double click, swipe up), reopen and try again.

If you’ve tried the above and you’re still experiencing issues, we’d like to know and get this resolved for you ASAP!
